The gasket ID carries a small clearance over the tube OD — enough to install easily, small enough to stay flush with the bore. The gasket OD is set by your fitting, not by the tube standard: for clamp connections on ISO 1127 tubes, this is typically DIN 32676 Series B, and we cut the gasket OD to that ferrule size.
What about wall thickness?
ISO 1127 assigns wall thickness series to each tube OD. The wall thickness changes the tube's inner bore — but usually not the gasket, because the gasket seals on the tube OD or on the fitting face. You only need to tell us the wall series if your gasket seals inside the bore — a rare, special design we can also make.
