LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) Molding

Liquid silicone rubber is mixed in a 1:1 ratio and injected into a hot mold through a cold-runner system for fast curing and high-volume production.

Yes. Our 4 tooling engineers review every design submission and provide DFM feedback covering wall thickness, draft angles, undercut analysis, and parting line recommendations before any mold is cut.

We generally recommend a D2 surface finish for silicone parts, as glossy surfaces can cause parts to stick to the mold and increase demolding time. High-polish surfaces are available when aesthetics require them.
