AS568 is a widely used international standard for O-ring sizes, originally established by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). This standard covers a full range of O-ring sizes, clearly defining the inner diameter, outer diameter, basic tolerance, groove dimensions, and chamfer dimensions for each cross-sectional thickness (wire diameter).
AS568 O-rings are used worldwide in all kinds of equipment, for both moving and fixed sealing applications. Some AS568 sizes are also identical to the AN6227 and AN6230 standards, so they can be used interchangeably.
